About Demon® Carburetor

Demon® Carburetor has been a leading innovator in the carburetor industry since we first opened our doors over 20 years ago. Our goal has always been to push the limits of carburetor design and engineering to deliver the most advanced, high-performance fuel systems on the market.

A Legacy of Innovation

The story of Demon® carburetors started in the late 1990s when we introduced our first modular four-barrel carburetor. Right from the start, our carburetors stood out from the crowd with their sleek styling and groundbreaking features. We pioneered innovations like billet metering blocks, ridge-free concentric venturis, interchangeable components, and sight glass bowls.

At Demon®, innovation isn’t limited to four-barrel carburetors. In the early 2000s, we launched the one-of-a-kind SixShooterTM triple two-barrel induction system. More recently, we introduced the DemonTM 98 two-barrel carburetor, engineered as a retro-fit carb for vintage flathead, Y-block, and other classic engines.

The latest addition to our carburetor family is the three-barrel 625 Street DemonTM carburetor, designed from the ground up for hot rods with stock to mildly modified engines. As Car Craft magazine put it, the 625 Street Demon is “the best out-of-the-box carburetor I’ve tried on this engine.”

Precision Manufacturing

Innovation requires precision manufacturing. That’s why in 2011, Demon Carburetion adopted ISO 9001 certification to ensure we produce carburetors of the utmost quality and precision. We open our factory doors to independent audits annually to maintain ISO compliance. This rigorous approach has led to outstanding results – with warranty returns of less than 1% in our first year after adopting ISO standards.

We manufacture 100% of our carburetors and components in-house at our state-of-the-art production facility. We’ve invested in advanced CNC machining centers, custom carburetor assembly stations, precision flow benches, and rigorous quality control processes. We take pride in having complete control over every step of production.

Made in the USA

In addition to our dedication to innovation and precision manufacturing, Demon Carburetion takes pride in making all of our products exclusively in the USA. We feel strongly about keeping manufacturing here at home. Our team of engineers, machinists, assemblers, and other production experts take great satisfaction in seeing our carburetors and components roll off the assembly line bearing the Made in USA mark.

Unparalleled Performance

Of course, all of our design, engineering, and manufacturing efforts have one purpose – to deliver unparalleled performance and reliability. Our carburetors have powered championship-winning race cars from NASCAR to the Pinks All Out series. We’ve equipped iconic street rods like the ZZ454 Chevy crate engine. And we’ve helped countless enthusiasts get the most out of their muscle cars, hot rods, and custom builds.

We focus on street/strip carburetors for mild to wild street machines, classics, muscle cars, hot rods, and race vehicles. Our carburetors range from 650 to 2000 CFM ratings to match different engine sizes and power outputs. We offer models optimized for blow-through turbo and supercharged combinations as well.

Key features that make Demon Carburetion stand out include:

  • Interchangeable venturi clusters, air bleeds, emulsion bleeds, and idle feed restrictors for easy tuning
  • Large sight glasses and fuel bowls to prevent fuel spills
  • Billet metering blocks and base plates to prevent porosity and warping
  • Concentric venturi design with minimal restrictions for optimized airflow
  • Robust components designed for street, strip, and racing applications
  • Crisp throttle response and precision metering
  • Bolt-on performance with easy installation

We complement our carburetors with a full range of high-flow intake manifolds, fuel pumps, regulators, gaskets, adapters, and other accessories. This complete system approach allows us to deliver maximum performance.

Customization and Service

The performance needs of no two enthusiasts are exactly alike. That’s why we offer extensive customization services to help tailor our carburetors to your specific engine setup. Our team can customize air bleeds, emulsion bleeds, jetting, venturis, throttle plates, and more to create a fully optimized carburetor for your ride.

We also provide full repair and rebuilding services in-house. No matter the age or model, we can restore your Demon carburetor to like-new performance. We offer complete carburetor inspection, cleaning, rebuilding, and testing. Ask us about our quick-turnaround rush rebuild options.

For DIYers, we stock a full range of carburetor rebuild kits, individual replacement parts, tuning components, and specialty tools to help you service your Demon carburetor at home. Our online Support Center provides detailed tech advice and FAQs as well.
